Wir setzen activefax seit einigen jahren erfolgreich ein. bisher fungierte ein seperater pc als fax-server.
aktuell wollen wir einen windows server 2008 SBS einsetzen. kann in dieser variante aktivefax direkt auf dem SBS server installiert werden und welche ISDN-Karte wird dabei benötigt (aktiv oder passiv?)?

Die Installation auf Windows 2008 SBS ist kein Problem. Grundsätzlich werden sowohl aktive als auch passive ISDN-Karten unterstützt. Wenn entsprechende Treiber für Windows 2008 verfügbar sind, funktioniert also beides.
